Worse haircut I got in a long long time, number one, y’all are set up to cater to the male customers, well when a male offers to cut your hair that’s a little on the funny side, definitely not comfortable, number two, give me the haircut I ask for, not what style you think looks best, I got home yesterday and the hair on my left side of my head is 2 inches longer than the hair on the right, again, worse service ever!! Definitely won’t be back and have to spend another $25 to fix it 🤦‍♂️ These chain stores like this are out for how many cuts they can get in a day, not the quality or satisfaction of the customers

Well once again, someone that can’t follow instructions. My son has been growing his hair out for over 6 months and i show Summer a picture of what he wants and she shaved it all off. It was already in the shape it needed to be, just neatened up a little and blended. I am so pissed. Nothing is blended and it looks horrible. I usually use Brittany who is absolutely awesome, have never had an issue with any of her cuts, but she had nothing available today. I guess thats what I get for just choosing anybody.

I usually get my haircut in the hickory location however I had a meeting in Mooresville and needed a cut bad. When a haircut cost triple what it should I expect a little customer service. No welcome and was ignored for a while until one of the lady’s says had a smart comment when I was still standing there. Hickory in the only place to go for sport clips.
