Worse haircut I got in a long long time, number one, y’all are set up to cater to the male customers, well when a male offers to cut your hair that’s a little on the funny side, definitely not comfortable, number two, give me the haircut I ask for, not what style you think looks best, I got home yesterday and the hair on my left side of my head is 2 inches longer than the hair on the right, again, worse service ever!! Definitely won’t be back and have to spend another $25 to fix it 🤦‍♂️ These chain stores like this are out for how many cuts they can get in a day, not the quality or satisfaction of the customers

One of the best haircuts I've received in 10 years living in NC. My stylist, Layla, listened to what I wanted and did an amazing job. Very friendly environment and great staff.

On a co-worker's suggestion, I visited the Mooresville location, and was very happy with the results. Stacie has cut my hair the last few times and it's always a great experience!
